How to learn guitar

Playing any musical instrument - and in particular the guitar - can be a daunting task. However it really doesn't have to be! Keep reading on...I will show you how to trim years and get you playing guitar in a matter of weeks not years.

I've been playing guitar for almost 30 years. I've learn to arpeggios, scales, notes you name it. I started using a system called the Melbay system. It was very discouraging when I first started because I couldn't play anything that was interesting. My first good sounding song came after going to music school for about 6 months. I had lessons twice a week and paid an outrageous amount...or at least my parents did. After about five years of guitar playing I was still working hard to play simple songs. It was frustrating and my dreams of playing guitar like Jimmy Page or Eddie Van Halen were quickly fading away.

Eventually I left music school having paid thousands and not having anything to show for. I put my guitar in my case and didn't touch it for years! I went to college and obtained a degree in Biology and soon I was working in the corporate system. Then one day I met an old friend - Jerry. Jerry wasn't a guitar player in high school but I was blown away when he took me to his house and began playing some very difficult songs as easily as anything. "How? Did you go to music school?" I asked him. To my surprise he didn't. Then in ten minutes he showed me how he did it. In a minute I will show you how he did it. Incredibly I learnt this system - which is sweeping the globe.
